Shipping Policy
BRANEIT offers shipping to almost all postcodes in Australia. (Please check the Undeliverable Postcodes below). Orders are generally shipped from our distribution centre in Melbourne and are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing times may extend during peak seasons.
Delivery Timeframes
Orders dispatch within 1-2 business days after payment clearance. Estimated delivery windows:
Victoria (VIC): 3-5 business days
NSW, SA, ACT: 4-8 business days
QLD, NT, WA, TAS: 7-14 business days

Order Confirmation
You'll receive an order confirmation email upon payment approval. We verify stock availability immediately - if unavailable, we'll cancel and notify you. In-stock items ship within 5 business days.
Damages
Inspect packaging upon delivery and note any damage when signing. For damaged items:
- Take clear photos of product and packaging
- Email to info@braneit.com.au
We'll file an insurance claim and assist with next steps.
Inaccurate Address
Incorrect addresses will result in returned shipments:
- We'll contact you to verify correct details
- Redelivery fee applies

Lost/Damaged Packages
Contact customer support immediately for lost or damaged items. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Australia Post: Collection card left if unattended
Fastway & Allied Express: We'll schedule delivery in advance
Redelivery fees apply for missed deliveries - ensure someone is available.
